What are the capacities of the three spaces?
The Orangery has a maximum capacity of 120 guests. Woodland Hall has a maximum capacity of 150 guests. The Studio has a maximum capacity of 40 guests.
What catering options are supplied for estimates?
Catering can be set to none at £0, light lunch at £18 per guest per day, or full hospitality at £32 per guest per day. These are illustrative planning figures only.
How is the venue-hire estimate calculated?
The formula per day is room hire plus guests multiplied by catering, plus optional AV at £120 per day if selected. The total is multiplied by 1–3 days. No tax, deposit or discount is added.
Is an enquiry the same as a booking?
No. The site only supports enquiries. No payment is taken, no live availability is shown and an estimate is not a binding quote or confirmed booking.
What is included for Coastal Craft Weekend?
Materials are included. Lunch is not included, and attendees should bring their own lunch. The event is suitable for adults.
